These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DealTeamSix.ai ("the Service"), operated by DealTeamSix ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DealTeamSix provides an AI-powered platform for real estate professionals consisting of six specialized AI agents: Atlas, Orion, Nova, Vega, Echo, and Lyra. The Service also includes Trendi, a free daily market intelligence email report.
The Service is intended for use by adults and real estate professionals. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
By accessing or using DealTeamSix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at dealteamsix.ai/privacy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service including free and paid subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

DealTeamSix offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on the applicable billing cycle.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. No credit card is required to start a free trial where indicated. At the end of the trial period your account will require a paid subscription to continue accessing the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

DealTeamSix makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, income, lead volume, deal closings, or any other results from use of the Service. Real estate market conditions, individual effort, and many other factors outside our control affect business performance. Any examples or statistics referenced on our platform are illustrative and not guarantees of future results.
DealTeamSix and its six agent names -- Atlas, Orion, Nova, Vega, Echo, and Lyra -- are the property of DealTeamSix. All platform design, code, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content you create using the Service remains your property. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealTeamSix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
